The Denon AVR-X2100W receiver is a powerful AV receiver with equal power discrete amplifiers for each of its 95 W x 7 channels. The 8 HDMI inputs (including 1 MHL-compatible input on the front panel) are HDMI 2.0, so they support full 4K60 resolution as well as 3D, ARC, CEC, and pass-through. Dual (parallel) HDMI outputs support 4K pass-through and scaling. In addition to HDMI, the Denon AVR-X2100W supports a component video input as well as composite inputs and an iOS Compatible USB input on the front panel. For video processing, the AVR-X2100W includes ISF Certified video processing.

The Denon AVR-X2100W receiver supports Bluetooth audio and can store up to 8 devices in the onboard memory. For automatic speaker configuration and room EQ, the Denon AVR-X2100W uses Audyssey MultEQ XT. Dual antennas provide built-in WiFi connectivity and the receiver supports AirPlay, DLNA 1.5 streaming, Internet Radio, Spotify, Pandora, Flickr, and SiriusXM. The free Denon App enables control over the receiver and its zones from any iOS or Android device. The 7 pairs of 5-way speaker binding posts are aligned horizontally in sequence from mains to surrounds.

The Zone 2 preamp output has a variable level control so you can connect your favorite stereo amplifier and enjoy a discrete source in your garage, bedroom or patio. An AM/FM stereo tuner is included as well as IR connections and an RS-232C port
